Shipping Information
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note
that some products cannot (due to international laws or
patent protections) be shipped to international
destinations.
Cost for Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated in your
contribution.
Delivery Time
The shipping time varies depending on the shipping
method chosen. The shipping methods available depends on
the products purchased, availability of the products at
the respective warehouses and shipping destination. The
website will automatically determine the shipping methods
available based on the various factors and present them
accordingly in the Shipping section of the checkout
process.
USPS First-Class Mail®
Packages are shipped from Woodhaven, Michigan and the
delivery time is typically about five to nine business
days*.
The United States Postal Service delivers 212 billion
pieces of mail to over 144 million homes, businesses and
Post Office boxes in virtually every state, city, and town
in the country, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the American
Virgin Islands and American Samoa. They handle more than
44% of the world's card and letter mail volume —
delivering more mail to more addresses and to a larger
geographic area than any other postal service in the
world.
Note: PO Box addresses allowed. Please use a PO Box
address if you do not have a mail receptacle.

packages are shipped from Woodhaven, Michigan, USA and the
delivery time is typically about five to nine business
days for a USA destination.

Returns and Exchanges
Grace Place does not accept routine returns or refunds from customer contributions.
We will how ever exchange any product that deems
defective by offering a
30 days replacement policy.
Replacement for defective product
Defects are extremely rare due to the high quality of the
production process. However, if you believe that the
product that you have received is defective:
- You have to inform us at ecommerce@rickamatolive.com
within 30 days if you intend to obtain a replacement.
- State the items that you would like to be replaced and
the reason for the replacement.
- Return item must be in its original/unused
condition. Returns of damaged or used goods will be
rejected - these goods will be discarded.
- Incomplete packaging will result in a 20%
re-stocking fee.
- If the order was shipped under a free shipping
promotion, a US$3 fee will be deducted from the refund
amount to cover the shipping charges.
Defects
Defects are extremely rare due to the high quality of the
production process. However, if you believe that the
product that you have received is defective:
- Do not use the product. As soon as the product is
used, there is no way to proof whether the defect was
due to manufacturing or damaged by the user.
- Take clear macro (the flower icon on your camera)
photos of the defect and send them to
support@istyles.com.
- There is usually no need to return the defective
product to us if your photos can illustrate the defect
clearly.
