This letter is to express my gratitude and offer those reading a praise report on the power of God and to testify to a miracle! Back in June of 2009 a relative of mine was suffering from flu symptoms that lead to severe vomiting, fevers, and stabbing pains throughout her body. Meanwhile she was treated on and off for a virus and flu symptoms in various clinics. These episodes continued for the next several months until we rushed to to the emergency, after she turned yellow on the skin and eyes. Emergency told us that she was in severe liver failure and her kidneys were also failing her. I contacted Dr Rick Amato and shared with him the situation, he never stated he would come to see her but did say that he would pray fervently. That same night, my bother and I were at the hospital visiting her and apparently Dr Amato was outside circling the hospital not knowing we were inside, he was praying and asking the Holy Spirit to prompt him when it was time to go in and where she was. As Dr Amato entered the hospital he saw the back and head of someone he reconized whin fact was on his way out of the hospital. Dr Amato Yelled his name and sure enough he escorted upstairs to see his ailing family member. This was a complete and utter holy syncronicity!
As Dr Amato began cooresponding with woman he bluntly asked her if she was believes if the Lord Jesus Christ is her savior and she responded yes. His next question was shocking but firm and bold...He asked her if she was on any pain pills such as Vicodin ! She responded NO.... after many long days of tests and hospital transfers this woman was released with no certain reason for her body shutting down. Oddly enough this cycle continued for the next 8 months with everyone scratching their head. Her body was reacting yet no doctor could pin point the root of the problem. Dr Amato contacted us and advised us to not give in to certain requests and to show tough love because what we were dealing with was a prescription drug addiction! After hearing this we were able to go to her home and investigate through her things...sure enough Guilty as charged! Soon after hearing this we sat down with our recovering relative and asked her if these things were true, she denied them and became angry. After a few weeks she was showing signs of improvement and we assumed that she was better and that this idea of drug addiction seemed farfetched. (we were in denial) We were told that the empty bottles we found were from previous prescriptions. Once again this cycle continued up and down and up and down...however this last down wasnt so good... were were called by a family member that was with her in her home and was told that she was having severe trouble breathing and that she was yellow again... i thought " this was it...were loosing her" I began to pray and was prompted to call Dr Rick Amato...as I began to explain the situation he reminded me the time he told us that she had a drug addiction and I replied "Yes I do" he also reminded me that when the Lord tells him something then it usually means that he is NEVER wrong... we prayed and asked the Lord for forgiveness for any doubt that may have shadowed my mind and that of my brother. Dr Amato recommended which rehab center to take her and how to go about it. Between getting ready to preach to a crowd and dealing with his phone ringing off the hook Dr Amato took the loving and caring time to tend to the needs of myself and my family. As of now My recovering relative had admitted her drug addiction and is currently getting treatment.
I give all praise and honor to my Lord and savior Jesus Christ and am grateful for using Dr Rick Amato to convey the truth even if it hurt at the time. From this moment forward I will never doubt Dr Amato when he says that " The Lord says so!" When he receives a word of prophesy or knowledge I will heed to this and act accordingly.
God has poured out his love in a way that I can not explain. Throughout these Long 8 months God has given all of us patience and protection from this evil that has plagued our family, yet during our disobedience he STILL blessed us!
God is Good and worthy of all Praise and Honor!

Dr Amato, Thank you from the bottom of my heart and that of my family. We love you and thank God for you in our life, your word of knowledge has saved yet another Life!!!
